Review analytics reports to gain awareness of asset performance.Facilitate and manage project kickoff meetings, requirement gathering meetings, regular status meetings, and more.Use the Workfront project workflow system to maintain and track project plans for each campaign, including prioritization and delivery deadlines, and communicate any risks to the appropriate individuals and stakeholders.Form strong working relationships within the marketing teams and across the organization to launch projects on scope and schedule.Drive the completion of marketing projects by managing project plans, project scope, and resource allocation.

This role works directly with campaign managers, executive stakeholders, subject matter experts, marketing channel owners, creatives, analysts, and others.

A successful candidate will work with marketing teams to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and timeline, as well as help optimize the process and suggest adjustments as needed. Projects will include marketing campaigns and initiatives that require strategy and discovery, end-to-end channel execution, launch, and optimizations. We are hiring a self-motivated Marketing Project Manager with experience running multiple simultaneous projects.
